For individuals in positions scheduled to work 7 or more hours per
day:

Employee only:	$522.06/Month
Employee + 1:	$938.10/Month
Employee/Spouse:	$1,042.12/Month
Family:	$1,406.16/Month

Pension:

8.27% for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours
annually

Vacation:

For individuals in positions scheduled 7 or more hours per day paid at
hourly equivalent days:

After 1 Year	10 Days
After 5 Years	15 Days
After 12 Years	20 Days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
