Wages:

Janitor	$10.23/Hour
Head Janitor	$16.20/Hour

Health & Welfare:

$189.00/Month for employees in positions scheduled 30 or more hours
per week.

Pension:

5.79% of gross for employees in positions scheduled 600 or more hours
per year.

Vacation:

Employees in positions scheduled 30+ per week receive the following
hourly equivalent days:

Start-3 Years	15 Days
4+ years	20 Days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
