ASSISTANT JANITOR:
1-4 years $13.42/hour 20-24 years $17.77/hour
5-6 years $14.02/hour 25-29 years $18.37/hour
7-9 years $15.97/hour 30-34 years $18.97/hour
10-14 years $16.57/hour 35 + years $19.57/hour
15-19 years $17.17/hour    
Health & Welfare: $403.18/Month for individuals in positions scheduled 20 or more hours
per week.
Pension: 10.53% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.
Vacation: Individuals in positions scheduled 20 or more hours per week paid in
hourly equivalent days:
1-5 Years 10 Days
6-10 Years 15 Days
11-19 Years 18 Days
20+ Years 20 Days
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
