Wages: JANITOR:               $ 8.53/Hour
Health & Welfare: For employees in positions scheduled 24 hours per week
Employee: $791.03/Month
Employee + 1: $1,682.32/Month
Family $2,888.84/Month
Pension: 10.23% contribution of gross pay for individuals in positions
scheduled 600 hours annually.
Vacation: Employees scheduled 40 hours per week receive:
1 - 4 Years 10 Days
5 - 10 Years 15 Days
11 - 20 Years 20 Days
21 - 30 Years 25 Days
31 - 40 Years 30 Days
41+ Years 35 Days
Part-time employees scheduled between 24 and 39 hours, vacation is prorated based on 40-hour week.
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
