$517.00 per month for eligible employees.
To be eligible, an employee must have worked or have been paid eighty
(80) hours during the previous month. All new and reinstated
employees shall have contributions start the first day of the month
following sixty (60) days of employment.

A week's vacation shall be determined by totaling the hours worked by the employee during the 13 pay periods preceding either the employees' anniversary date or scheduled vacation time and dividing that total by 13. |
