ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE RATES

Wages:

Janitor: $9.00/Hour

Health & Welfare:

For individuals in positions scheduled 30 or more hours per week:

Employee only:	$484.79/month
Employee/Spouse	$494.29/month
Employee/Children	$492.16/month
Family	$501.66/month

Pension:

10.55% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.

Vacation:

For individuals who are scheduled to work 240+ days per year, paid in
hourly equivalent days:

1st Year	5 Days
2nd Year	7 Days
3rd Year	10 Days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
