ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE RATES

JANITORIAL

Wages:

Janitor: $13.26/Hour

Health & Welfare:

$388.00/Month for individauls in positions scheduled 40 hours per week
or more.

Pension:

9.81% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.

Vacation:

For individuals in positions scheduled 28 hours per week paid in
hourly equivalent days:

After 1 Year	5 Days
After 2 Years	10 Days
After 10 Years	15 Days
After 20 Years	20 Days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
