Wages:

Janitor $10.74/Hour

Health & Welfare:

Must be scheduled to work 20 hours per week to be eligible for
insurance.

Single	$343.00/Month
Family	$436.00/Month

Pension:

11.72% of gross for those positions scheduled 600+ hours per year.

Vacation:

Employees scheduled 35+ hours per week are eligible for vacation as
follows:

After 1 Year	1 Week
After 2 Years	2 Weeks
After 10 Years	3 Weeks
After 20 Years	4 Weeks

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
