Wages:

Janitor $14.00/Hour

Health & Welfare:

$457.74/Month for individuals scheduled to work 35 hours per week.

Pension:

12.60% for individuals in positions scheduled 1,000 hours annually.

Vacation:

After 1 year	10 Days
After 5 years	15 Days
After 12 years	20 Days
After 25 years	25 Days

Part time employees shall be entitled to a proportional amount of vacation days based on the number of hours the employee works.

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
