Wages:

Start	$10.02/Hour
After 2 year	$10.32/Hour
After 3 years	$10.62/Hour
After 4 year	$10.92/Hour
After 5 years	$11.22/Hour
After 8 year	$11.57/Hour
After 11 years	$11.92/Hour
After 16 year	$12.27/Hour
After 21 years	$12.62/Hour

Health & Welfare:

$341.50/month for individuals in positions scheduled 35 or more hours
per week.

Pension:

9.25% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.

Vacation:

Employees in full time positions shall receive the following vacation
days paid at hourly equivalent days:
After 1 Year              10 Days
After 10 Years            11 Days
After 13 Years            12 Days
After 16 Years            13 Days
AFter 19 Years            14 Days
After 22 Years            15 Days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
