90 Day Probation	$12.60/Hour
Non-probation	$14.60/Hour

Health & Welfare:

For employees in positions scheduled 8 hours per day:

Single	$530.58/Month
Single + Child	$697.26/Month
Employee + Spouse	$780.58/Month
Family	$947.26/Month

Pension:

11.16% of gross for employees scheduled to work 600 or more hours
annually

Vacation:

For individuals in positions scheduled 8 hours per day:

1-9 Years	10 Days
10+ Years	15 Days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
