Wages:

First Year	$10.67/Hour
After First Year	$15.00/Hour

Health & Welfare:

For individuals in positions scheduled 35.0 hours per week:

Single:	$571.05/Month
Family:	$644.81/Month

Pension:

11.02% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.

Vacation:

For individuals in positions scheduled 35 or more hours per week paid
in hourly equivalent days:

Completion of 1 Year	5 Days
Completion of 2 - 9 Years	10 Days
Completion of 10 Years+	15 Days

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
