Wages: Custodian: $8.28
Health & Welfare: $643.48/Month for individuals in positions scheduled 20 hours or more
per week.
Pension: 13.20% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.
Vacation: 10 days/12 months=.8334 day/per year (49 hours week 9 months and 44
hours week summer) Part time (2 hours X .5306 X 9 months)3.9 days and
summer (1 X 3 months X .8334) = 2.5
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
