Child Labor Law Annual Report
The Illinois Department of Labor through its Fair Labor Standards Division administers and enforces the Child Labor Law. The Department is required to file a report with the General Assembly by January 1 each year summarizing its activities regarding administration and enforcement of this law for the preceding fiscal year. 820 ILCS 205/17.6

Equal Pay Act Annual Report
The Illinois Department of Labor Conciliation and Mediation Division administers and enforces the Equal Pay Act of 2003. Section 50 of the Act requires IDOL to produce an annual report of its activities regarding administration and enforcement for the preceding fiscal year. The report is filed with the Governor and General Assembly no later than January 1st of each year. 820 ILCS 112/50

Nurse Agency Licensing Act Annual Report
The Illinois Department of Labor through its Fair Labor Standards Division administers and enforces the Nurse Agency Licensing Act. The Department is required to annually publish, by county in which the work was performed, the average amount charged to the health care facilities by nurse agencies for each individual worker category and the average amount paid by the agency to each individual worker category.
Labor Day Report
Public Works Quarterly Report
Pursuant to PA 103-347 and 820 ILCS 130/3.1, beginning in January 2024, the Illinois Department of Labor is required to report quarterly to the General Assembly and the Governor the number of people employed on public works in the State during the preceding 3 months. This report shall also identify every public works project in the State by project name and contractor name and the demographic characteristics of the workers on the project, including gender, race, and ethnicity, broken down by the following categories: (i) type of trade; (ii) whether the worker is a journey worker or apprentice; and (iii) total work hours performed.
IL OSHA Governor's Report
In the annual report to the Governor required by the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois, the Director shall report the result of inspections and investigations made of establishments under this Act (820 ILCS 219), together with such other information and recommendations as he or she deems proper. The Director shall make an annual report of his or her work under this Act to the Governor on or before February 1 of each year. The Director shall make a biennial report to the General Assembly on or before February 1 of each odd-numbered year.

State Construction Minority and Female Building Trades Act Report
The State Construction Minority and Female Building Trades Act (30 ILCS 577), created by Public Act 96-0037, requires the Illinois Department of Labor (Department) to collect data regarding the race, gender, ethnicity, and national origin of building trades apprentices in the construction industry throughout Illinois. The Department is responsible for publishing and posting on its website an annual report summarizing its findings by March 31st of each year.
