Nurse Agency Licensing Act
Protects the public's right to high quality health care by licensing and mandating standards of operation for nurse agencies which refer, employ, or assign registered nurses, licensed practical nurses or certified nurse aides to Illinois health care facilities.
Rules are being proposed by the Illinois Department of Labor. They are not finalized nor in effect. Should you wish to submit a comment to the Department about our proposed rules, you may submit those to dol.rules@illinois.gov no later than June 17, 2024.
